Master Cleanse Diet
When somebody told me about this new type of diet I was a bit skeptical. Not about the diet itself, but the details concerning the cleansing I would be putting my body through. It is called the Master Cleanse Diet. It includes exactly what it says….cleansing your body. It is basically a liquid diet that works to cleanse your body from unwanted toxins and will clean your colon from waste that is harmful to your body. This type of diet is usually looked upon with a sceptically eye by the general public. The diet does include going to the bathroom a lot and unfortunately most people still feel uneasy about these type of diets. Truth be told, one can’t lose weight or far more importantly, be healthy without getting rid of the waste that we produce within our own body’s. Not very many people like diets, exercise, or giving up the foods they love but the end result is worth it more times than not.
Beginning the Master Cleanse Diet is the toughest part. Firstly, you have to give up solid food the entire time you are on it. That idea alone is enough to make you truly cry in fear. I can think of many, many other things I would rather give up than solid food. I would probably find it easier to give up a vital organ than to give up a nice juicy cheeseburger. But I guess that means no one can benefit from a diet more than me. The Master Cleanse Diet is an all liquid diet that takes total commitment. In order to get the results that you want you must be able to stick with it from beginning to end. It wont be easy but a longer and much healthier life could be the satisfying result.
I know what your thinking. Master Cleanse Diet? It sounds expensive. Believe it not, you can get what you need at a reasonable cost. All you need is two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, two tablespoons organic grade B maple syrup, two/tenth teaspoons of cayenne pepper and one cup of spring water. Drink about six to twelve glasses a day and you are on your way. It is also important that you do a salt water flush every morning you are on the Master Cleanse Diet. It consists of two teaspoons of saltwater added to a quart of water. It will taste nasty so drink it as quickly as you can and as soon as you wake up. You have a bowel movement within an hour of drinking it, so make sure you are near your favorite toilet. Although lets be real, when you have to go, any near toilet is your favorite. Happy cleansing!
