How To Get Rid Of Fat
If you want to get rid of fat deposits and maintain your body in a slimmer state, you have to do it the right way. Just drinking protein will not help you. If you want to get rid of fat, you will have to modify your diet.
The main reason that most people are overweight is a combination of eating the wrong foods at the wrong times. The food that you choose to eat, and when you eat it, can either make you thin or fat. Fat is stored in the body as a result of not being able to burn the calories as fast as they are taken in. It therefore naturally follows the remedy is to eat the correct foods at the right time intervals during the day.
You cannot lose weight by simply starving yourself, because your metabolism recognises any major drop in calorie intake and will simply adjust itself accordingly. If you consume 2,500 calories per day, then your metabolism will burn 2,500 calories per day, but if you drop your consumption to just 1,000 calories per day, your metabolism will adjust itself to burn 1,000 calories per day. You therefore get a result that seems ridiculous, but is nevertheless true - you eat less but do not get rid of fat.
Your brain controls the release of fat burning hormones after every meal that you eat. There are two types of hormones, controlling fat burning and fat storage, and they are in turn controlled by the foods that you eat. Seems crazy I know, but its true. You need a diet that will manipulate these hormones, generating more of the fat burning type and less of the fat storage type.
Any diet which is made up of a healthy balance between protein, fiber, organic sugars and carbohydrates, and also lessens your calorific intake, will help you to get rid of fat.
You also need to regulate at what times you eat - little and often is a very good rule of thumb. To be successful at getting rid of fat you need to eat the right foods more than three times a day, but only in small amounts.
