3 Easy Ways to Get Rid of a Fat Tummy

There are actually many ways to get rid of a fat tummy but it often requires a lot of effort or money to achieve it. I can also attest

that I am one of the few people who actually have done it the “easy” way. It just took time and a bit of discipline but it did not hurt my health

or my finances. The 3 ways that I will discuss to you are so simple (most of you heard and even tried some of it) l but always remember,

the key often lies in the fundamentals.

1 . Eat A Balanced Diet

In my experience, the secret to a proper diet is moderation and balance. Don’t deprive yourself of foods that you like, instead eat less of it. I also encourage you to eat a lot of fiber and protein.

A good balanced diet would be: 50/40/10.

50% Complex Carbs (whole grain breads, vegetables,) 40% Protein (Meat and Fish) and 10% Fat.

Keep in mind that fat can come from sources like oil and animal fat. So be sure to take note of that. Eating like this will guarantee that if you do the next steps you will slowly lose your belly fat.

2. Exercise Properly

Exercising properly simply means that you exercise consistently and correctly. Exercise can come from a lot of sources: housework, walking and even going to the mall. However if you want to lose that tummy, you should do fat-burning exercises; this means that your heart rate should be high. It doesn’t have to be long! Just 10-15 minutes a day (or at least 3x a week) is good enough! As long as your heart rate is high, that is the secret.

In order to know if your heart rate is high, when you exercise, lose your breath and get tired. Your heart rate is high. =) That’s what’s wrong with most people, on the first sign of getting tired. They slow down and rest! This will not help you lose body fat!

  • Watch Your Eating Habits
  • The best way to eat is to spread your meals, into 4-6 meals during the day. However, some people are not able to do this because of their job or other commitments.

    The next best thing you can do is to eat a balanced meal and avoid overeating, If you always eat until you are really full you are overeating! This will make your stomach bigger, which ultimately means you get full longer and thus build a big tummy!

    Sometimes you will feel hungry in the middle of the day, substitute the meal with a fruit or drink water to keep full.

    Lastly don’t eat heavy food 3 hours before you sleep because the food eaten at this time is more likely to be stored as fat.

    If you are really really hungry eat fruits and veggies. This is where most of us fail. People love alcohol and late-night meals! These 3 techniques are the easiest way to get rid of your fat tummy.

    These 3 techniques are not the best techniques in losing belly fat, but keep in mind that you don’t have to do a lot of work or effort to lose the fat. I guarantee that if you do this correctly and consistently you will lose your fat tummy in no time.
