How to Lose Belly Fat Fast
If you wish to know how to lose belly fat fast and easy, here’s what you should do:
Eat the right foods. Crash dietary regimes are unnecessary, but you do need to be strict and disciplined about what and what not to eat from now on. Avoid foods that are too salty, sweet, or rich in fats and oils as much as possible. It’s alright to indulge once in a blue moon though. In fact, complete abstinence is discouraged because this might just cause you to develop unhealthy cravings for the forbidden.
Research tells us that spot reduction is impossible. You can not focus on losing fat on just one particular body area. If you want to lose belly fat, you need to lose total body fat, and that’s where diet helps you out. Spot toning is, however, very much possible and if you only wish to focus on making your belly firm, daily abdominal exercises would do the trick.
Do not perform sit-ups because they’re bad for your lower back. Crunches are okay, but it’s better if you use abdominal exercise equipment that could help you maintain the natural arch of your back while exercising.
Now, the problem with most people is that they can be very passionate about learning how to lose belly fat fast but lose their drive when it’s time to do what they’re supposed to do.
You already know how to lose belly fat fast so if you are truly determined to attain your goal, the next and more important thing to do is to start right away!

I totally agree. The main thing about losing belly fat is what you eat. All the weight-fifting in the world will not help if you are not eating the right foods. Good post.
It’s best to exercise - crunches and yoga. I see the difference in a months time.
