The Fruit Day Diet
It’s a new diet that is coming out soon and I was one of the people that tested it before it comes out and I was amazed. I lost 15 Pounds in 3 Weeks and it is the easiest Plan Ever. Now I am Planning to lose 15-17 More Pounds and Would Like to Have a Support Group Here. Don’t Worry I Have the Instructions right Here.
The Fruit Day Diet Instructions:
~Dont Calorie Count! Calorie Counting may be useful sometimes But you do not need to calorie count at all. Eat what you feel like but do not overstuff yourself until you blowup.
~Eat whatever you want everyday until you hit a gain one day. The day you wake up and see a little gain. Eat only fruit and Veggies That Day. The next Day You should lose 1-3 Lbs.
~Continue to eat whatever you want and everytime you see a little gain. Do the Fruit Day wit Veggies. It is so Easy.
~So you gain a little and lose a lot and that is the secret to this Diet.
~When you reach your goal weight that is the only time you stuff yourself. Stick with your maintenance calories. Then the weight is kept off together.
