3 Sure Ways Of Losing Belly Fat

Belly fat is a big problem that a lot of people have , especially us gluttonous Americans. However, in this article I am going to share with you a couple sure ways of losing belly fat with in weeks.

For many people belly fat seems to plague the stomach region, leaving you with a feeling of hopelessness, I know that’s how I felt, until I started implementing the strategies I’m about to share with you today.

1) The first strategy you can start implementing to guarantee the elimination of that stubborn belly fat is to start jogging for exactly 30 minutes every single day at a steady pace that you can keep up with. A lot of people make the mistake of thinking that the harder you run, the more fat you will burn; however, this is not the case. Fat needs oxygen in order to burn, and if you are running too hard you are creating an oxygen deficit. It is important to note, that you really need to make it 30 minutes, don’t try to go longer, even if you can, and don’t cut yourself short either.

2) The second strategy you can start implementing if you want to start losing that belly fat is that you really want to start eating the right type of foods. The problem with this is that many people do not know what the right type of foods are, or they think they know, but they really don’t. A lot of people think that, if they only eat a certain amount of calories a day, no matter what they eat, then the fat will come right off. This is not the case at all. Your calories should be coming from healthy whole foods.

I also recommend that you limit your carbohydrate intake to no more than 100 grams a day, and increase your protein intake to match your body weight. An example of this, is if you weigh 200 pounds, you would want to be consuming close to 200 grams of protein daily. However, if you are a female, I recommend you only consume 75% of your body-weight in correlation with your protein intake.

3) The third strategy I started implementing into my daily routine was the techniques and strategies that I learned in Mike Geary’s Ebook, The Truth About Six Pack Abs.

Building muscle around your core area is the most efficient way to tame your midsection, and with the strategies discussed in Mike Geary’s Ebook, you may find your self with an actual set of Abs, rather than just a flat stomach.

Before I had bought The Truth About Six Pack Abs I had lost 20 pounds; however, none of it seemed to be in my stomach, and I didn’t understand how that could be. It wasn’t until I got this book that my belly fat started going down.
