3 Weight Loss Tips For Christmas
Cold weather clothing hides excess flab easily. As the temperatures fall and you pile on the sweaters and coats and layers of clothing, you might not notice an extra pound or ten. It is easy to pile on the pounds without realizing it. Before you know it, your party clothes don’t fit anymore and you look like a whale in your Christmas dress. By then, it would be too late.
Thanksgiving holidays, Christmas and the New Year would demand you wear party dresses. How would you look in the latest party clothes this year?

Okay, you can literally fast and though it may be the fastest way to shed the pounds, it isn’t sustainable in the long run. With some time, these 3 tips should do the trick.
Tip 1: Restart your exercise regime.
Can you go for a daily run? If that is impractical, consider getting an workout video instead.
Don’t just sit on the couch and watch the video. You wouldn’t shape up that way. Get into your workout clothes and follow the workout.
Miss a move? Just rewind and play it back until you get it.
Do that workout everyday to attack the unwanted flab.
Tip 2: Start a food diary
Buy a diary. In it, write down of everything you eat and drink throughout the day for a week and don’t cheat. Then look back through those pages and see your real eating habits. What you see might shock you.
Tip 3: Food Substitution Replace high calorie items with low calorie ones. Water has zero calories while an 8 ounce can of coke has 105 calories. Cut back on the calories by replacing soft drinks and sweetened drinks with water . See what else you eat that can be replaced with healthier alternatives.
