How To Lose 70 Pounds In 6 Months

Losing 70 pounds in half a year is not easy, but totally doable. Losing a lot of weight means that the regular fast weight loss diets is close to useless. They are useless because they often aim at losing weight through reducing the water in your body. Figure losing 70 pounds of water…that’s worse than dry English humor.

If you want to lose 70 pounds you need to know what you are doing. You should find a diet that gives you all the necessary nutrients yet holds fewer calories from fattening foods. Yes, you read it right. You don’t have to eat fewer calories, they just have to be less fattening. There is a major difference.

Modern dieting doesn’t equal tormenting oneself. I used to think that feeling hungry and weary was a receipt that the diet was working. Well, it was actually, but what if you could diet without all the pains? And lose weight at the same rate?

There are several diets where you have to exclude certain groups of food, i.e. Atkins diet. If you reduce the intake of carbohydrates, you will start to feel less alert, why is that? Well, carbohydrates are the preferred fuel for your brain, if you have to less glucose (carbohydrates) your brain won’t function as well. A loss of carbohydrates will increase the fat burn because if the brain can’t get its fuel from glucose it will accept ketones and that is a product from your body fat, but as written before, it is not as good. It would be like giving your Ferrari a low grade petrol, and you wouldn’t do that, would you?

Of course it is easier to ill up the tank of your Ferrari with premium fuel, but I think you get the idea. But wait, there is an easier way to lose weight and yet get the premium fuels. Eat a different kind of calories. We have learned that our body responds differently to different kinds of calories.

We get our calories from three groups, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Our body sets the metabolism from the latest days of eating.

What if I told you that there are ways to tamper with your metabolism? And that it was as easy as shifting calories ? Meaning that when your body expects a certain kind of calorie you give it another type of calorie. What would happen? Well, today we have learned that the metabolism will get confused and burn fat for fuel and your body will feel like a Ferrari when it peaks at 8000 rpm.
