- Lots of HIIT cardio - this type of cardio involves peak periods of high intensity. What this means is that you should jog for 30 seconds then sprint for 30 seconds, then repeat. Do this for 15 minute each day in the morning on an empty stomach and you will lose a ton of fat, and therefore weight. By the way, when I say to sprint, I don’t mean “jog fast”. I mean that you should really run like mad as if you were in a 100 meters race. This is one of the best quick ways to lose weight.
- Stay hungry. You should only eat when you feel hungry. I suggest that you reduce your meal size by a quarter. This is because you are no longer hungry when you eat the last quarter of your meal. Don’t think about wasting food - would you rather waste food or get fat? Just throw that excess food in the bin. Furthermore, don’t eat any food unless you feel hungry.
