Losing Belly Fat With Exercises
The arrival of hot weather on some countries makes people nervous thinking about their bodies. Spring and summer gives us the opportunity to wear fewer clothes, but we have to work to stay looking good and drop those extra pounds in our bodies. Losing belly can be speed up with right combination of exercises and diet; here are the top exercises that will work FAST in getting the results you want.
NOTE: Consult first with a professional for better technique and maximum effectiveness, and don’t over train yourself.
The Hip Lift
1. Lie on your back on the floor and use a towel to cushion your spine.
2. Put your arms on your sides with their palms facing the sky.
3. Raise your legs so they are perpendicular to the floor and your soles are facing the sky.
4. Contract your abs and at the same time raise your hips off the floor. Hold it for 2 seconds.
5. Slowly bring it back. The key is control
6. Repeat these steps for an entire set.
Seated Torso Twist
1. Get on a seated position on the floor.
2. Bend your knees and put the feet flat on the surface of the floor. Feet hip-width apart.
3. Extend your arms in front of you, interlocking your fingers.
4. Lean back to about 45 degrees and hold the contraction of your abs.
5. Rotate to one side at a comfortable angle. Keep control throughout all this process and use your abs for all movements.
6. Rotate back to the center and to the other side.
7. Repeat the exercise steps for an entire set.
Remember to start slowly and gradually increase the difficulty and repetition of your movements to avoid injury. Follow just these twos simple exercises and you’ll have an attractive looking belly to show this summer!
