  1. Good job. I just want to remind all the people to take care of their health as and when they have it. Food habits at school age influences health at their later ages. So i would like to add one point : Say no to junk food at school age…

  2. You know what? It’s a great post. I’ve been telling my daughter to stop the dieting, eat healthier and exercise.It was a task for me to get her to go exercise. She took it up only after she saw how Yoga was benefitting me. We both now learn it together from Franz Andrini (http://www.zendle.com), it’s a great time to bond with her too. I think maybe doing exercises together will help both (the parent and child) to keep up with the commitment and spend some time together. I must show her this article, atleast she ‘ll know I’ve just not be spouting some old wives tales. :)
