But the big question is how do you get a solid weight loss program that fits into your lifestyle and produces quick results? Here are some tips to follow when it comes to fast weight loss .

First of all set small realistic goals. If you have a lot of weight to shed aim for losing five pounds in the first week.

Second, start a regular exercise program, like walking, dancing or biking. The most important thing is for you to be active. Chose exercises that you enjoy doing and add variety to your workout routine so that you will not tire out fast or get bored quickly.

Third, learn to choose healthy balanced meals that are rich in fiber and vitamins and learn to prepare them in a healthy way.

Fourth, keep a food diary and list every food that you put in your mouth each day.

Fifth, learn to eat frequent small meals daily. Small frequent meals helps to speed up your metabolism while keeping from overeating do to hunger.

Finally, don’t forget to reward yourself if you achieve your goal in a week. Losing weight is a chore most of the time so try to inject as much fun in it as possible.
