Jonathon is right about different exercises achieving different results. I personally found that running on a treadmill was a great way for me to lose weight. Staying hydrated is another great tip as it also helps to fend off fatigue.
Great post. It’s interesting that people are looking for fast and easy weight loss programs. we gain all that extra weight over a period of time, but we want to loose it all overnight . Often after few weeks into a weight loss program, if the results are not fast enough we give up.
I have to agree with Richard. Increased eating actually speeds up your metabolism and your ability to shed pounds. That does not mean 6 meals of Big Macs, but if you can consume smaller, healthier portions throughout the day you will speed up your metabolism and shed pounds quicker.
