How to Loose 10 Pounds in Two Weeks

Who doesn’t like to lose weight ? In the era of high fashion requirements throughout, everyone is in a constant race to win when it comes to looks then the other. Everyone wants to look slim, smart and active. This gives them confidence, and greatly help them with the ability of carrying themselves around positively.

So you are probably reading this article because you are frustrated of the others providing with you with wrong advice or solutions as to how to lose 10 pounds in two weeks, or because nothing you have tried till yet has worked and you are just willing to try it more. Well I am sure you won’t be disappointed with the stuff I am going to talk about here. So what does it mean to lose weight? Well while trying to lose weight, you must keep one thing really important in your mind. It is REALLY IMPORTANT to lose the right type of weight. You could be skinny, and would still weigh more than the other skinny people that look just like you. Why do you think is that? Well it is because you have more muscle mass then those people, and that’s a really good thing, trust me. Therefore it is important to loose weight which is related to fat, rather than the weight associated with your muscle mass. The best way, approved by many experts is to loose the right amount of weight by combining good amount of exercise with the right type of foods to eat.

So, How to LOSE 10 Pounds in Two Weeks?

Well this is easy. What you have to do is to changing your eating habits. Now here, don’t think that I am telling you to starve yourself, because that is definitely not what I am saying. All I am saying here is to eat 5-6 small healthy meals in a day, then 2 large meals consisting of a lot of fat and stuff. Again, I am not telling you to start starving yourself, because generally that is the first thing people think of when they think about losing weight , and it’s the most wrong concept you could come up with.

There are really no shortcuts associated with losing weight. If you try taking a shortcut by cutting down on your daily food intake a lot, all you would be doing is starving yourself, because your body will start adjusting to the low food intake in a day or two. I told you about the eating habit you must start; now I am also going to tell you about the right exercise. Well the right way to exercise is to make your body be a calorie burning machine. What you can do is do an aerobic workout for at least one hour a day. This would enable your body to burn fats even when you are not working or sleeping.

I didn’t really tell much of a secret now, did I? But what I did say here is, you don’t have to ponder on the question “how to lose 10 pounds in two weeks?” anymore, because if you follow what I’ve said here, you will get definitive results. If you try this the way it is supposed to be tried, I am pretty sure you will not get disappointed.

Hey, I just wanted to thank you for posting this because everywhere else they say to cut out all the fatty foods basically all together…and i can’t have a day without some form of fatty food. i love it…and i’m also lazy. i will not lie. i hate to excersice, but i’m going to start doing it to make sure i get down to my ideal body weight. so thanks again for posting this…

  4. i love the suggestions. when i start working with new clients the first thing i do is change their meal plan. everyone knows how to exercise. it’s the diet they have the hardest time with. just a slight change in diet combined with exercise and you will see immediate weight loss.

  5. I once lost a lot of weight because i was sick and did not eat food for about a week. I only drank Juice and Water. But as soon as I was on my feet again I put the weight right back on. I have been telling my friends and sisters the same thing for years there is no fast cure for weight lost just eating right, and working out evening if it is just walking it will help. I am now going through the process of putting myself back on the right track of getting my weight down.

  7. I need to clarify. One day you eat 5 - 6 small meals & the NEXT day eat 2 large meals containing fat??? Thank you for your help.

  8. useful stuff..u can also loose weight by cutting out breakfast for a month(take herbal tea/black tea only to keep hydrated).Eat your first food anytime from noon and give yourself an eating window of 5-6hours and eat no more after then(unless tea or water).
    If you can continue with this for a very long time pls do so,if not you can incoporate some exercises and healthy eating 3 times daily.
    I did this for 30days and went from 73kg to 65kg.Am sure it would work for almost every one.
    Benefits of the fast is that it diminishes your apetite(after the 1st 2days) and make you have more control.
    The downside was i was visiting the loo frequently till my body adjusted well to taking blacktea..not bad cos my system wwa always flushe/detoxd!

  10. Thanks for the post. If you want to lose weight you do have to cut the calories. I’m not at all saying to cut the calories drastically, but you have to end each day in a deficit.

    With the exercise aspect, doing cardio for an hour a day is good but unnecessary. Interval training is important to do in order to burn a ton of calories and fat as well.

  12. Thank you for a very informative blog. I followed a 7 day plan I found on the web and had fantastic results. I now use it as and when just to maintain my goal weight. I find everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for someone else.

  13. Very good tips, I like it. I’m trying to lose 3 pounds in 10 days or maybe more, I think it’s better to lose weight slowly than losing 20 pounds in 3 days. That just bad for your body.

    I’m going to try to drink more water and try the detox to flush out many bad fats and toxins. I’m going to stop eating bad foods for breakfast such as bacon, anything fried, pancakes and especially sugar.
