10 Diet Tips For Quick Weight Loss

6. Fitness is an important factor in weight loss. It is important to try to get 30 minutes every day. One way to do this is to join groups or clubs for activities you enjoy doing, such as bowling, dancing, or running.

7. Eat whole wheats instead of refined foods. If you must have white bread eat whole grain white bread.

8. Eat smaller meals more frequently. Instead of the traditional 3 big meals go for 5 to 6 smaller meals. Eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner with snacks in between. Keep your meals smaller and healthy.

10. Eat enough fresh Fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruits can help with that sweet craving. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure you are getting all your food groups each day.

  1. I like your post especially number 3, eat smaller meals more often. We tend to wait until we are hungry to eat and then we crave fatty or sugary foods and we overeat.

  3. Meal portion sizes is something I used to have difficulty with as I would tend to just keep working through the day and eat little or even no lunch sometimes. When I got home in the evening I would be starving so eat a huge plate of food. Completely the wrong way to do it!
