So I suggest you eat 3-4 scrambled eggs. To make this breakfast even better, add 1/2 can of black beans… they’re high in protein and fiber.

Remember this… 80% of fat people skip breakfast regularly while 80% of lean and skinny people eat a good breakfast regularly.

2. Eat a salad with a protein for lunch

This doesn’t have to be boring. People mess up with salads… I see it all the time. The key to having a salad for a meal is adding over 20 grams of protein to it… to make it a meal.

So use lettuce and whatever other vegetables you want as the basis for the salad and then add either 1 can of tuna, 1 can of black beans, 1 hamburger patty, or 1 chicken breast. Or mix in a combination of those proteins. Use spices to change up the flavoring so you don’t get bored with this.

3. For dinner, eat a lean meat with 8 ounces of broccoli and or cauliflower

So you get your protein and some vegetables again. I use the frozen 1 pound bags of a broccoli/cauliflower mix that cost about $1.

So those are your 3 meals. Now you need to work around them. Don’t drink empty calories… stick with water, protein shakes, and teas… nothing else. For snacks, stick with apples and low calorie yogurts… more protein and more fiber.

Stick with this outline and play around with it to fit your personal diet needs. I don’t expect you to follow this to the letter, although that would be great!

Here’s the ultimate diet to lose weight fast with. It’s so simple, that I just want you to remember 2 things. And it’s cheap. It’ll cost you about $1.50 a day to follow these 2 things.

1. Eat 2 cans of black beans a day

A can of black beans costs about 50 cents. In it, you get 25 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber. It packs a nutritional punch! All you do is eat 2 cans for the whole day. I don’t care how you do it. I prefer to eat a can with my eggs for breakfast and another can on a salad for lunch.

Simple, done… just like that. The fiber is the key in my opinion. 50 grams of fiber is twice the amount suggested to have each day. Most Americans average 12 grams of fiber a day. News flash… most Americans are fat too.

2. Eat 3 apples a day

Apples are high in water content and have 5 grams of fiber each… again more fiber. Fiber covers up your other dietary mistakes. Back in the “old days”, people would get a lot more fiber than us each day… over 100 grams of it in a lot of cases. So don’t worry about having 50-65 grams of fiber in a day.

It’s perfectly safe and natural. Nothing to worry about. A bag of 20 apples cost what, around $4 or so. So that’s about 50 cents a day.

So a total cost of $1.50 to you.

The rest of the foods you eat each day are up to you. Just do what i say above and you should be fine. Try to eat healthy with the other foods for faster weight loss, but you’ll still lose weight if you cheat.

Here’s a healthy diet to lose weight with. Don’t worry, I won’t tell you stupid things like eat carrots and celery and other nonsense like that. I’ll just give you a diet that is easy for a majority of people to follow.

The best part is, it won’t feel like a diet at all.

1. Breakfast starts the day off right

You just got up from sleeping, a mini-fast. Your body needs nutrients and calories immediately. Especially protein. So for this diet, you’ll need to eat eggs. I prefer 3-4 scrambled eggs. This gets you the protein and fills you up.

I’ll give you a “secret food” that helps this diet a lot… use it as much as possible. It’s black beans. A single can of black beans has 25 grams of fiber and 25 grams of protein… with no sugar. If you can, heat 1/2 of a can of black beans for 5 minutes and spread over your eggs.

2. Keep your momentum going with protein and fiber for lunch

The more calories (healthy calories) you get earlier in the day, the easier the rest of the day becomes for you. You’ll have less cravings and less need for snacks to tide you over until the next meal.

I suggest you eat tilapia or salmon on a bed of lettuce. Other proteins you can use instead… 1 can of tuna, 1 can of black beans, 1 chicken breast, or 1 hamburger patty.

3. Dinner… a lean meat and some “superfood” vegetables

Use whatever lean meat you want for dinner, but I strongly recommend that you eat 8 ounches of broccoli or cauliflower… or a combo of both. I get the 1 pound frozen bags with a mix of each for about a dollar.

4. Choose your snacks wisely

Too many people use convenience foods for snacks. Bad, bad, bad. A lot of times you don’t even have any control over this since you ate so badly in the morning and afternoon that you need the quick energy from the sugars in them.

Regardless, try to eat as many apples and low calorie yogurts for your snacks.

5. What to drink….

Just drink water, protein shakes, and teas… nothing else! The empty calories are killing you slowly. The average American gets over 25% of his/her calories from liquids now. It’s not pretty.

There you go… a simple, healthy diet to lose weight with and not feel like you’re suffering or depriving yourself.
