* Preventative measure against diabetes. Diabetes is something you don’t want to have. There is no cure, and it is for life. It can lead to long term problems such as lose of eye site.
* Increase Lifespan. When you are at a more healthier weight, you will live longer. This all falls back on the idea of having a healthy heart.
* More convenience in life. Most things in life are not designed for the overweight. If you’ve ever traveled in a plan or a Greyhound, you would know those seats aren’t comfortable. As well, the movie theater is the same way. The same thing applies with clothing. The more you weigh, the less that is available for you in fashion.
* Lastly, you get to do more of what you want. You’re not longer limited by your size. You can go out and mountain bike, or do karate. These are all activities that favor people that are skinny.
