Celebrity Weight Loss Secrets
Want some celebrity weight loss secrets and tricks? Why not accelerate your weight loss by using some shortcuts and secret tactics? Or do you want to stick with jogging and situps… yawn.

I’ll show you how to make weight loss faster and more fun.

2 Celebrity Weight Loss Secrets & Tricks

1. Hula Hooping

Yep, a cheap $3 hula hoop will help you to lose weight and tone your waist and hips area big time. If you want a belly dancer’s type of body, this is the exercise to focus on. Do it for 10 minutes a day.

I personally do it during 2 minute tv commercials. Each 1 hour tv show has about 22 minutes of commercials. So I can get a lot of working out done while still watching tv and saving time from having to drive to and from a gym. As an added bonus, these little mini-workouts actually boost up your metabolism a lot better than 1 longer workout.

2. Hindu Squats

Forget squats with weights on your back, do this faster, no weights version of squats.

What you do is squat up and down as fast as possible while you either swipe or touch the ground with your finger tips. This insures you went down far enough. You’ll want to do 100 repetitions within 5 minutes. When you can do that with no problems, increase it to 200 repetitions in under 10 minutes.

This works great because it creates a massive oxygen deficit which forces your body to burn off bodyfat for quick energy.

Along with spinning around in a circle like a kid, which you can learn about in my free 19 page report below, these are 2 celebrity type weight loss secrets and tricks that’ll get you faster weight loss in less time.

Pregnancy Weight Loss Secrets
Below are some EASY TIPS you can follow to help you stay healthy and lose that baby-fat:

* Your weight loss should be gradual…a pound a week at the most! Make sure your doctor clears you for exercise before you begin.
* Clean the pre-delivery junk food out of your house and stock up on healthy, nutritious foods. Get plenty of lean protein, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Only allow yourself 1-2 bites of those foods that you know won’t help you reach your goals. Don’t eat empty calories!
* Eat frequent, small meals. This will help keep your blood-sugar levels balanced. An imbalance frequently promotes over-eating. Remember that your body can only metabolize so much as once. Meals that consist of more than 400-500 calories typically end up as stored fat.
* Make yourself a rule that you won’t eat after 7:00-8:00 at night, depending on your lifestyle. Don’t get in the habit of grabbing a “little” bite of something when you get up with the baby at night!
* Post a chart on your refrigerator to keep your journey “visual” and to help motivate you. Include your measurements and weight, but don’t check them more than once a week.
* Check out any local post-natal programs that might be offered by the YMCA, recreational centers, or hospitals. This is also a great way to connect with other new moms. You could form an early-morning walking group. Exercise is always more fun with friends!
* Keep the baby’s changing table upstairs to force yourself to walk the stairs frequently.
* Take your baby for walks daily. The fresh air will be good for both of you.
* Walk slowly on a treadmill or ride a recumbent bike while holding your baby. The noise of the machinery will probably be soothing to your baby. Holding the baby’s weight will be a workout for your arms.
* Purchase or check out (from your local library) fitness tapes. You can use these in the privacy of your own home while your baby is close by.
* Weight training will help boost your metabolism, but it’s not essential to go to the gym or purchase equipment; you have your baby! Postpartum fitness expert, Renee Jeffreys suggests that you do lunges while holding on to the back of the stroller, or hold your baby carefully to do arm presses over your head, while lying on a bed.
* It is widely known that there is a relationship between sleep deprivation and weight loss. Who is more deprived of restful sleep than a new mother? Take a nap when your baby does. Nothing else that needs to be done is as important as you being rested and refreshed. Your unusual sleep patterns will play havoc with your metabolism, so get sleep when you can!
* Finally, cut yourself some slack! Enjoy each moment! You don’t want to remember how fat you felt after your baby; you want to remember every joyful, precious moment you spent together!

Summer Weight Loss Secrets
Now these techniques may not be what you are used to, as normally you may hear the generic old weight loss lingo. So keep that in mind when considering something new. Here’s the list.

1. Get Out in That Heat!

Now this is great but you must exercise caution as too much heat and too little hydration can leave you with a heat stroke, so I always recommend keeping a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated. I always like to take advantage of the warmer weather and go out walking/jogging. Now I know what your thinking about how normal this sounds but there’s a reason behind it. All that extra heat is going to get you sweating and get you worked up pretty quick. I always find that my summer jogging always yields great results as i’m running in hotter conditions which gives me BETTER endurance for when i’m back in the gym, not to mention I work up a HUGE sweat.

2. Mow Your Yard!

Don’t be afraid to get out and sweat a little bit. I always work up a great sweat and get a good cardio workout mowing my yard as well. Believe it or not but it actually is a great workout if you do it a few times a week. If you have a push mower with automatic control don’t use it! Just push it yourself and enjoy the benefits of a great workout. You will most likely feel it in your lower back the next day as you are doing a ton of pushing/pulling.

Start Swimming!

This is hands down, one of the best exercises you can do, especially in the summer time! Get out there to the local pool if you don’t have your own or take a dive in your local lake or ocean. The cardio benefits of swimming are absolutely wonderful. Just a few sessions in a swimming pool will show improvements on your cardio and result as well in a slimmer waist line. This is especially great for those with achy joints that just aren’t able to move around as much but still want a great workout.

There are many ways to utilize the summer months for maximum weight loss, don’t be afraid to get out there and get some work done! You will love how it makes you feel and you’ll be ready for that next pool/beach party!
